All UK orders should arrive within 3 working days. Orders shipped to the rest of the world should arrive within 5-10 working days. Although, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. International orders may be subject to further delay or a customs charge that we cannot be held responsible for. Custom charges can vary between countries. There are no refunds on digital products.
We aim for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please inform us by email (mail@dreambaked.com) within 7 working days of receiving your goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and as long as it is still in a saleable condition, we will be happy to either refund your money to the original payment method or offer an exchange. Please note it is your responsibility to return the item to us and we recommend you get insurance or proof of delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Please note that any delivery charges for your original order are non-refundable.
We aim to honour all discount codes distributed. We use discount codes as a way of rewarding our loyal customers of which we value greatly. We reserve the right to retract and decline a discount code at any time.
